OH yea! I totally made yesterday my cheat day for the week. I saw Mac and cheese, basically my kryptonite besides bread. However my body did not like me for eating it.
On a good note i am down 4 lbs so far this week, the cheat days hasn’t taken in affect yet but we shall see.
